Here comes 2017! A new year to look forward to. Another 365 pages to write to in your book called life. New years came with new hope, aspirations and resolutions. Some says new year, new me. But in my case, I don’t want a new me. I just want a improve version of me A.K.A sweetroxieee 2.0. haha!
Work clothes can be boring sometimes. Especially if your office is quite strict with dress codes. But luckily, I work at my own business so I can actually wear anything I want. I can even go with my pj’s. Nah just joking! Of course since I am the owner, I am more pressured to look presentable because anytime I may meet big clients. Yes, I’m a 22 year old who is stuck in a 10 year old body. Some say I’m so lucky that I look young and seems I don’t age at all. I’m always mistaken by some cashiers to be a elementary student. Some clients asks for my age and be shocked after I reveal the big truth. And if I didn’t mentioned my age at first, I bet you didn’t think that I’m that “old” already.

*Kring kring kring* Summer is officially out and students are back to their beloved schools here in the Philippines. However, this doesn’t apply to me anymore. And to be honest, I miss going to school. I miss the spontaneous craziness with my classmates, cramming for exams and my precious daily allowances. Yeap, I’m not the model student type. I’m more than the happy-go-lucky type. And my outfit for today is inspired by my life as a student.

Doki doki is a Japanese word that refers to the sound of a heart beating. Whenever I hear the word “Doki doki”, I imagine something cute and so in love. Why do I know this term ? I can’t speak Japanese but I love watching anime and memorized some Japanese lines.
Who says you can’t wear black during summer? Yes, it may absorb more light/heat compared to the other colors but in fashion we love to break the rules, don’t we? Actually, I am not a fan of the color black. It is because whenever I wear something black, I feel sad. And it is not under my style which is more on the colorful and cute stuffs. However lately, I noticed that I am becoming more open to different styles. Well I guess, I am already growing up! 🙂
