A Sailor Moon Makeup Collection ~ Moon Prism Power Makeup!

Have you been dreaming to transform into a Sailor Soldier? Or maybe it was just me. Haha! But I’m sure that a 90’s kid especially girls wouldn’t resist the beauty of the Sailor Moon Makeup Collection. Get ready because your about to see an overload of magic and cuteness. Together let’s shout, Moon Prism Power Makeup!

Even though, I just recently talked about my Sailor Moon inspired Outfit. Yes, I’m back again with another post about Sailor Moon. But this time we’re gonna focus more on its makeup line. I know! How amazing is that Sailor Moon actually do have a makeup collection. Plus, it doesn’t only put on some drawings of the anime but it’s like a life size versions of the brooch, wands, rods, and other symbolic transformation items and weapons of the Sailor Soldier. You wouldn’t believe that these pretty things do exist!

I was actually eyeing for this collection for a very long time. In short, I’ve been dreaming of going to Japan my entire childhood and buy all Sailor Moon stuff there. Haha! It was my number one reason why I would want to go to Japan. However, this dream of mine was not that easy to achieve. I’ve encountered some difficulties in applying for visa and also budget wise. So, I just set aside this dream and have forgotten about it. Not until a friend of mine, which is based from Japan, messaged me that he’ll be going home and asking what do I want as a gift. So, without hesitation, I requested any Sailor Moon item or makeup. And here’s my first ever Sailor Moon Makeup. Isn’t it cute?

 

♡ Sailor Moon Miracle Romance Liquid Eye Liner Pink Moon Stick (Black)♡

This is a Limited Edition of Miracle Romance Liquid Eye Liner. Sadly, it is currently out of stock online and I haven’t seen it in the stores in my recent visit in Japan also. This eyeliner was a game changer for me. I got this when I’m still learning how to apply eyeliners and it really helped me achieve my desired winged eyeliner. It has a thin brush tip that is not flimsy that’s why it was easy to use it for beginners like me. Also, it doesn’t wear off and smudge easily.

As I was really impressed with their eyeliner, I promised myself if ever I’ll visit Japan. I’ll surely get my hands to their makeup line. You can actually shop for it online, but I was hesitant to buy online and I wanted to see it personally. Then fast forward to year 2019, the time when I finally got the chance to visit my dream destination, I was ready to get all Sailor Moon Makeup that I’ve encountered. Here are my Sailor Moon Miracle Romance Haul:

♡ Sailor Moon Miracle Romance Multicarry Balm ♡

These lip balms are the cutest! The design is inspired by the transformation brooch of Sailor Moon which is the Cosmic Heart Compact and Sailor Chibi Moon’s Prism Heart Compact. Though it has 3 variation of this product, all of them are in strawberry flavor. This is actually the 4th version of their of moisturizing balm line. I only got these two as the other one which was Crystal Star Compact is currently out of stock. The packaging is really to die for! It’s close to what we see in the anime. However, it’s really too cute because it is quite small of it’s size. I think they’re eyeing for a handy and on-the-go lip balm that can fit any purse.

 

♡ Sailor Moon Miracle Romance Spiral Heart Moon Rod Lip Cream ♡

Another kind of lip balm from them. It has a different packaging, flavors, and colors. Unlike the previous balm, which was just a transparent type of lip balm. The Lip Cream has 3 different shades which are the Burgundy Rose, Cherry Red, and the Strawberry Pink. I got the shade in Cherry Red. I prefer this shade since it is wearable and suits to any kind of outfit. This lip balm has Sailor Moon’s spiral heart moon rod motif for it’s packaging. Miracle Romance’s lip balms are really moisturizing but not to oily which is important for humid countries like here in the Philippines.

 

♡ Sailor Moon Miracle Romance Moon Princess Cushion Compact Set ♡

And the last but definitely not the least is this Cushion Compact Set! I would say this is not the least because so far this was my most expensive purchased during a personal trip. I literally just closed my eyes upon paying this because as a person who is quite careful with money, this was a big move for me. It was a limited edition that’s why I gave up and ended up buying this one. Well, who would say no to this pretty set? I just said “YOLO” to myself when I handed my money to the cashier. haha! And I was right, this one is already sold out in some online stores and I haven’t seen anything like this already when I went back the second time around. I didn’t regret a single thing!

So this cushion compact set has a design with a Crystal Star Compact motif. It is available in three shades which are: natural, ocher, and pink ocher. In addition, it contains SPF35 which can protect your skin from the UV rays of the sun. The formula of the foundation is known for its  non-chemical and gentle on the skin. There’s also a mirror which is in a shape of a purple cat which resembles Sailor Moon’s cat, Luna.
