I heard so much good comments about the brand realme, and I’ve been eyeing for their phones for a while. Now, I’m glad to be able to get my hands on their new entry level phone, the realme C33. In this blog post, I will share my first impressions of the phone.
I have received the phone before my trip to Seoul and I was excited to use it there as it would be the perfect place to test out this new baby. Smart phones are very useful when traveling as it will be used for navigation, translator, booking tours, taking photos & videos, and many more. You can say it is the most essential thing to have and it would be great if you bring the best phone that can keep up with you. So, let’s see if this phone would be a perfect match for travelers.

I got the Sand Gold unit. At first glance, the sleek look captured my attention. The light gold color made the phone looked more classy. realme wanted this line will look more fun and stylish which is I could say they have achieved it. Other than the Sand Gold, the realme C33 is also available in Aqua Blue and Night Sea.
Also, I love how thin and lightweight the phone is as it only weights 187g. This is important for me as I carry and use my phone all day and everywhere that I want it to fit it on my pocket or in my small purse. It also comes with a squared-off box type build, paired with rounded corners for easy grip and handling.

The realme C33 offers an immersive viewing experience with a large high resolution with its 6.5” HD+ LCD Display, giving a screen-to-body ratio of 88.70%, and a resolution of 720×1600 pixels. Because of that, I enjoyed watching music videos of BTS and Netflix shows during the flight. Also, I like how accurate the colors of the screen as this is important for me for editing photos and videos.

Battery life of the phone is the most important specs that you have to consider whenever you’re traveling. And even thought the realme C33 is an entry level phone, it has an impressive 5000mAh Massive Battery. I use the mobile data whole day as I try to navigate to the whole city and because of that it consumes a lot of battery. Still, the realme C33 manages to survive in 12 hours.

In addition, realme C33 comes with a CHDR Algorithm which provides clearer backlight shots giving images its sharp, detailed, and defined quality. No wonder the photos are all captured picture perfect. I love taking selfies also. I’m glad that C33 has a 5MP Selfie Camera.
Another important specs for me of the phone is the camera resolution. The realme C33 is equipped with a 50MP Al Camera, which can capture moments crystal clear. My photos inside the Coex aquarium, Everland, and other tourist destinations turned out so great!

I used the realme C33 the entire time during my Seoul trip. Here are the sample shots that I have taken with the phone. Even in low light, it can take great photos just like my photo with the sharks in the COEX . Aquarium. Also, the selfie camera photos looks nice.
