Its D.I.Y. Time!! Yey! I really love do it yourself stuffs. I always having fun and feel happy when making stuffs. Even though, sometimes my works are failures. Its always like expectations vs. reality moment for me if I can’t achieve my desired result. Well, its the effort that counts? yes?
So for today, I want to share to you a simple recipe of a Mixed Berry Smoothie. This smoothie is perfect for clenching your thirst during hot days.
So here are your ingredients:
* 125ml of greek yogurt
* 1/4 cup of oatmeal
* 1/2 cup of mixed berries(strawberries, blueberries & raspberries)
* 1 tablespoon of honey
* few ice cubes
(Well, I cheated a little on the mixed berries. Since its kinda hard to find some berries here in Davao City and if I’ll find one its quite expensive. So I used the frozen berries sold in supermarkets. But I recommend to use fresh berries to achieve the full flavor of the berries. 🙂 )
Put all the ingredients in the blender. (Make sure your blenders can blend ice.)

And let the blender do the work for you ! 🙂
Put the smoothie in a nice glass, top it off with some mint leaves. And tada! here is your mixed berry smoothie. You can also add some bananas if you want to have more extra nutrients and vitamins.
Its simple and easy yet so healthy. Smoothies are nice company when you are studying at home, writing paper works or typing your drafts for your next blog post just like me. 🙂
