Everybody loves eating. Well who doesn’t? The pleasure you get when you eat what you have been craving for the whole day is really satisfying. Most especially if it was your favourite ice cream, pizza, cake and etc. However, these guilty pleasures of ours are destroying our health. Here comes in the importance of working out.
In terms of working out, I do go and sign up in gyms. But sometimes, I do not go there regularly due to my busy schedule plus I feel so alone going there. So I decided to try Crossfit Madayaw Davao.
Crossfit Madayaw Davao offers Boot Camp for beginners and Crossfit for the advance level. So I tried the Boot Camp since I haven’t worked out for a while.
In Boot Camp, a session is good for 1 hour. Even though the whole routine is good for an hour, I feel that 1 hour is too long because it’s so tiring. (I can really feel my fats burning? haha.) A coach will set a work-out of the day from warm-up, skill, mobility and W.O.D. I like it that they have different exercises everyday so that it will not be boring. You will be doing the workout with the whole group which is my favourite part because you get to meet with new people and do the routine with them.
