The 1st ever food truck festival in Davao City!!
This is just a history in the making! I mean it is really the 1st in our city! Lately, there are many local restaurants popping every corner in Davao City. And I am just happy to hear that these local restos are having some great support from the locals. The small business entrepreneurs are heard in the city. And this food truck festival is a great avenue where they can showcase their products.
When I heard that there is a food truck festival happening here in the city, I decided that I must go and check it. Luckily, my Davao Bloggers Society fam has the same idea with me. Together with them, we went to SM Lanang Premier and tasted the food of the modern Davao Restos.
So in this food truck festival, many local restaurants participated such as Mt. Shake, Freshko, The Griddle, Daddy’s Little Chef, Mang Danny’s Ice Cream, Caitlyn’s Dimsum, Egg Waffle Davao, Sy Bee Tin, Bec & Geri’s, Stre3ts, and much more.
These are just a glimpse of what the food festival has to offer. The eye-catching colored drinks of Daddy’s Little Chef, the meaty waffle of Egg Waffle Davao and Ribs from Smoked Out.
While enjoying your food, there is also a live band playing in the background. They are also some local artist here in Davao City. I really like the idea of this festival since it features more about what Davao City has to offer such as the local small-medium restaurants and also the local artists.
