New Era Cap PH opens in Davao City

Listen up cap collectors! Last February 17, 2018, New Era Cap opens its 1st store in Davao City.

To be honest, I’ve never been a fan of caps. It’s because wearing one feels like you’re so boyish and also it can mess up my hair. But I just recently realized that with the right kind of cap, you can still achieve the cool look you want. Especially nowadays, caps can totally complete a look. It gives an extra oomph factor to your outfit.

New Era Cap is an American headwear company that has been hand-crafting the finest headwear in the world since 1920.  Best known for being the official on-field caps for both Major League Baseball and the National Football League, New Era® is the brand of choice not only for its headwear collection but also for its accessories and apparel lines for men, women, and youth. 

The 1st New Era Cap store in Davao City is located at Abreeza Ayala Mall.

Upon entering the store, I was quite anxious since I really don’t wear caps at all or maybe once a blue moon. But after looking at their products, I was in awe. I’ve spotted some cute cap designs. Aside from sports teams related caps, they also have Star Wars, Marvel, and other collectible caps. They even do have Disney and other cute designs.

My top pick would be is this Valentine’s/Couple cap edition.

I was totally into head over heels with this design. I love the idea that they used the XX and XY gender chromosomes as the design. The XX chromosome stands for a female. While the XY chromosome stands for a male. I think it is very witty for them to use this scientific term. People will be intrigued what the initials mean. And it can be a great conversation starter.
