Boxed Up Davao

To all the foodies in Davao, there is a new food destination to check out! Boxed Up Davao is your 1st container van food park.

When it comes to food, I think Davaoneos are in love with it. Since Davao is in the developing and progressing stage, there are so many new small restaurants popping everywhere in the city. And when it comes to food, everyone is really excited to try it. I personally have the same sentiment. I am really happy and excited to taste what our local restaurants has to offer.

Last October 19, 207, I got a chance to visit Boxed Up Davao first, alongside with my blogger friends from the Davao Bloggers Society. I was quite excited to check this place since I saw it beforehand from my high school classmate’s facebook post which is coincidentally the Architect of the whole place. I would like to give a shout out to my classmate, Arch. Neil John Bersabe!!

Upon entering the place, I was so amazed and thrilled about it. Every corner is so instragrammable!! Like you can really take some of your daily OOTD photos here. Like seriously!! I super love the colorful murals, the unique tables, and the chairs. There was a Totoro, a Pikachu, Baymax, Marilyn Monroe, a mountain bike and many more. Hands down to the design team and especially to the painters who did them all.

Aside from the colorful walls and unique design of the tables and chairs, let us not forget the main highlight of this place which is, of course, the Local food stalls! Like there are about 30+ food stalls to choose from. I bet you can’t try them all in one day! From chicken wings, ribs, liempo, batchoy, maki rolls, tuna, pasta, taco, dumplings, ramen, halo-halo and anything you can think of are found here in Boxed Up. Surely, all of your food cravings will be satisfied.

So here are some food stalls that can be found in Boxed Up:

1. #Pantulaq

It is like your modern lemonade stall. They sell colorful drinks that are all mixed with Calamansi. The following flavors are: lycheemansi, qucumansi, msngomansi, azuremansi.

2. Liempo Q

Craving for something pork? Liempo Q got your back! They goy some Lechon Roll, Liempo Squad and Single Q.

3. Rib shots

These Finger-licking ribs are to die for! What I like about these ribs is that they are super soft, tasty and juicy!

4. Baba Ganoush Kebab + Hummus

Looking for something healthy? Why not try some Mediterranean inspired dishes from Baba Ganoush. This is so perfect for health-conscious people!

5. Hav Sambal-U

Love spicy food? This Malaysian-Filipino fusion food stall is the one for you. Actually, this food stall is my personal favorite! I really love the perfect blend of sweet and spicy in their dishes.
